Nicky is responsible for managing OBA’s operations and is responsible for all aspects of planning, legal, regulatory, compliance and financing documentation within each project. Nicky is also responsible for investor and lending relationships with our banking partners.
NTM Capital (since 2015)
Nicky is a founding partner of NTM, is responsible for fund operations and sits on the investment committee.
Merrill Lynch (2002-2007)
Nicky joined Merrill Lynch in 2002, where she served as a Director within the structured solutions team, focussing on credit derivatives and structured investments for UK fund managers and insurance companies.
Lehman Brothers (2000-2002)
Nicky moved to Lehman Brothers in 2000 where she achieved success in setting up their coverage of the interest rate derivatives sector in the UK.
Greenwich NatWest (1996-2000)
Nicky worked as an Associate at Greenwich NatWest, covering fixed income derivatives for UK banks and building societies, helping to hedge their mortgage books and boost investment returns.
Nicky attended Oriel College, Oxford University and graduated with an MA in Geography in 1993.
